Visit https://aws.amazon.com/ and click on Create New AWS Account.
Enter your email and click Sign in using our secure server.
Enter required information and click create account.
Fill the contact information and check the checkbox if your agree to terms and conditions; click Create Account and Continue
Enter your credit/debit card information and click continue. (Note : You will not be charged for AWS products provided in the Free Tier)
Enter your phone number and click Call Me Now.
Enter the PIN number displayed when you receive a call from AWS.
Click Continue to Select your Support Plan.
Select Basic Plan and click Continue.
Now you have successfuly created your AWS account.
You can now personalize your account by providing required information.
Click Complete Sign Up to finalize the sign up and log in.
